Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as all subscriptions are billed through the respective platform.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that demonstrate a pattern of refund abuse. Repeated subscription-and-refund cycles may result in loss of access to the Service.
7. AI Processing Disclaimer
Important: Our AI-powered receipt scanning is designed to be helpful but is not 100% accurate. Always verify extracted information, especially for tax or accounting purposes.
- AI extraction may contain errors due to image quality, unusual receipt formats, or handwriting
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on potentially inaccurate extracted data
- The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice
8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by El Nota and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the receipts and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
